for our Core Program, there are 4 pricing options. All of these are for a Green Belt Program, meaning they are one year. The program is heavily discounted if it is paid up front, but can be financed just like a phone or vehicle, all payments are required.
Graduation Fees occur every 3 months and are $60.
We have monthly events, like our PNO and Balisong workshop we did last week that do have a cost, but are optional.
We typically have adjusted hours for the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas and in July for the 4th.
We do close for weekends about every quarter for extensive staff training with the top instructors in the country.
We host two tournaments every year, one in the fall, one in spring. They are required but we keep the costs minimal. All participants will get a commemorative T-shirt for the event and the top competitors in each division get trophies or medals.
We host birthday parties and have 4 tiers of those, each with a different price, all much better than any birthday party anywhere else. These are heavily discounted for our students.
We are part of a national network of schools, so if you move, we will try to connect you with a school in that area so the student will keep their rank and the family will be treated in the same way we treat our folks.
We offer an extended time guarantee. If you miss a week, make up the missed classes by coming extra the week before or after. If you are going to miss longer, like a month or more, like many do in the summer, you still must make your payments, but the program time you missed will be added to the end of the program so you won’t lose your time like you would at a gym or the YMCA.
We provide Day Camps for training during Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break and Summers.
We offer private lessons for every student for their birthday and sell private lesson packages for those who want them on a regular basis.
We offer a Reforge Life Coaching program specifically for adults who are trying to remap their lives moving forward. We’ve helped small business people, helped people with changes in their careers and helped people with marriages and their personal lives through the program.
80% of our over 350 students are in one of our higher tier programs, Black Belt Club, Master’s Club, Legacy or Leadership Program. They usually pay a little bit more (in some cases it’s less) but they get much more. Most beginning students would be too overwhelmed if we taught them everything in our curriculum. Our Core program includes everything a student needs to earn their Black Belt, but for those who want to spar, learn weapons, develop automatic response drills, learn to do throws and take-downs, develop joint locks and pressure point control skills and grappling skills, learn jiujitsu or learn the more performance styles of martial arts like in TV and movies, then they move up to those tiers. Those are 3 year and 5 year programs. Those students are identifiable by their Blue or Red uniforms.
Family Pricing – The first two people in the immediate family pay full price, the rest of the family comes for free. We have families of 5 and 6 who only pay for 2 members. They still pay graduation fees and when they upgrade to Black Belt Club, the formerly free students pay an additional $25 per month.
