Camp Week two, Day two: Today the kids built explosive leg strength by working on punch jumps, tuck jumps, pike jumps, pop kicks and box jumps. They are getting so much stronger.
Week One is in the books! The kids had a great time and so did we. I wish we had taken more videos and pictures, we’ll try to do a better job of that. Meanwhile, here is a cool compilation video of the first week you can share with friends and family!
