Do you have holiday Stress, seasonal depression, family pressures or anxiety about current events? 

All of these things can affect us in severely negative ways. Stress symptoms can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behavior. Stress that's left unchecked can contribute to many health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes.

Are stress, pressure and anxiety affecting you? 

Did you know that Master Brown is a meditation and relaxation specialist? When he worked in the psychiatric field, he offered weekly classes to the patients to help them learn to control their anxiety and stress levels. He would often have psychologists, doctors and other staff members of the hospital slip into his classes to gain the benefits of what he taught.

He is offering a special class this Thursday, December 8th, from 8:30 to 9:30 PM. This class will help you learn several methods to control and maintain healthy stress levels. The class is designed for teens and adults, but mature pre-teens are welcome. The class is free but we ask those in attendance to donate a small something in appreciation for Master Brown’s time and talents.

The class will cover the causes of stress, both good and bad, the effects of stress on us in our lives and Master Brown will teach YOU several methods you can use to control your stress. These methods including guided meditation, chi channeling and alignment as well as the Wim Hof method of breathing. Wim Hof is known as the “Iceman” as he has used his breathing exercises to gain control over involuntary body responses.
